We do not accept refunds, since all cookies are baked fresh to order. If there’s ever an issue — like an incorrect item or damage in transit — please reach out. We’ll make it right with a replacement or store credit, guaranteed.

Yes! We offer special orders for both vegan and gluten-free cookies. Please note: because we bake in a shared kitchen, we cannot guarantee that products are free from cross-contamination with allergens such as gluten, nuts, or dairy.

Orders ship Monday through Wednesday to keep your cookies fresh in transit. Processing and baking take about 7–10 business days since each batch is made to order. You’ll receive a confirmation email and tracking number once shipped.

We currently ship within the continental U.S. via [Fedex, USPS]. Delivery times may vary.

Each cookie is individually sealed for freshness and packed with care so your treats arrive in perfect Crisp & Chew condition.

If you’re planning to enjoy them within 24–48 hours, keep cookies in an airtight container at room temperature. Not ready to indulge yet? Freeze them immediately upon receipt. Our cookies freeze perfectly and taste incredible when warmed — try 10–15 seconds in the microwave or a few minutes in a warm oven!
